FortyTwo Metals Inc.

FortyTwo Metals Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Roca Mines Inc. (www.rocamines.com) and owns and operates the MAX Molybdenum Mine, a small high-grade mining operation located near Trout Lake, British Columbia. The Company has recently filed an application to amend its current operating permit and to increase the daily throughput rate at the site. That increase can be achieved essentially on the current mine footprint and requires minimal additional disturbance. The throughput increase will allow the mine to operate with lower unit operating costs and is therefore expected to extend the life of the mine significantly.

The amendment application and various supporting documents are provided below for members of the West Kootenay Mine Development Review Committee. The application makes reference to many documents filed in 2005 in support of the Mine’s original permit. These are also provided below and will be available for use by others in the future also. Thank you for you interest in the MAX Molybdenum Mine located at Trout Lake, BC.
